Vendor Space Details:
Tent Requirements: 10′ x 10′ white tent required. We do not rent tents, tables, or chairs.
Weights: At least 160 lbs. of weights (40 lbs. per tent leg). No exceptions. No ground stakes allowed.
Dolly-In Show: Vehicles are not allowed at booth spaces. Porter service is available for a fee with advance reservation. Those without porter service must bring their own merchandise to their spaces. Carts and dollies will not be provided. Vendors must bring their own merchandise to their spaces.
Parking: Free
Security: 24/7 provided by Oakbrook Center.
Market Hours:
Open “Rain or Shine” to the public. Late opening and early closure are not permitted.
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Set-up Times: Saturday AM – 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM
Food Vendors: DuPage County requires permit for vendors with perishable food or those handling food (prepackaged samples do not require permits) – Click here for info
Alcohol Samples: 1 oz. samples of liquor are allowed with appropriate licenses from the Village of Oak Brook. You may sell closed bottles of wine, beer, or spirits for take-home purposes. No on-site alcohol consumption sales are permitted. Link to Liquor License Application.
