If you’d like to order Porter services, please select from the add-on options below, and write in your planned arrival and/or departure time preference for load-in and/or load-out.
* We will confirm a time with you a few days before the market– to minimize any wait times. However, given the nature of how load-in/load-out works, please allow some flexibility for exact start time (and we will do the same).
* We will provide you with a cell phone number to call a few days before the market to have the porter meet you at your car for load-in and/or to be at your tent for load out, depending on which service(s) you order.
* Please provide approximate arrival & departure time.
* Arrival time must be between Saturday, 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
* Departure time must be Sunday, between 6:15 PM and 7:15 PM.
Please Note: You will need to manage & supervise the porter. The purpose of the porter is to help transport merchandise and under your direct supervision and to assist in popping up your tent. This person will not be an expert in tent set-up and will need to follow your direction. 15 minutes should be ample time to load and/unload a typical vehicle.
